I have got nobody to talk to and nowhere to go not even online because as soon as you set up an account somewhere even a fairly anonymous one like this that actually has people reading it then it is accepted that the people reading even if they don't know you personally care for you in some capacity and then how can you then tell them how you feel for fear of upsetting them, even worse for people you actually know in real life. Impossible to get the NHS to give a shit about you. I just want to sleep but instead I have to carry on. If you know me personally please don't email me or text me about this I'm just venting. I'll get some writing done and it'll be OK.
